The efficiency of industrial washing equipment is not only related to the quality of the equipment, but also closely related to installation and commissioning. The debugging technique has a great impact on future use, so it is necessary to achieve professional debugging. I will share with you how to input debugging for industrial washing equipment.
1. Tighten the anchor bolts of the equipment
2. Dismantle various protective fasteners during equipment transportation.
3. Connect the compressed air source, check the working condition of the pneumatic three components, and if necessary, add appropriate lubricating oil to the lubricator.
4. Connect the power supply and check the motor direction (i.e. drum direction). When the drum direction does not match the relevant instructions, disconnect the industrial washing machine power supply, adjust the three-phase power supply and reset it. After adjusting the position, reconnect the washing equipment power supply.
5. Open the loading door of the washing equipment and check the working condition of the safety control system of the washing equipment (generally, no operation can be carried out when opening the door of a fully automatic industrial washing machine).
6. Properly manage the machine door, and with the water supply (cold water, hot water, soft water) and steam supply valves on the energy supply network closed, check the working status of the automatic control devices for equipment water supply and steam supply, and then open the water supply and steam supply valves on the energy supply network.
7. Open the automatic water inlet control valve of the washing equipment, check the water level display, turn off the water inlet when the water level is reached, and check whether there is any leakage in the industrial washing machine's water inlet and drainage pipes.
8. Open the steam supply valve, check the sealing condition, turn on the low speed, and check the washing and reversing operation and temperature display of the washing equipment.
When the water temperature inside the machine is slightly higher than the ambient temperature, disconnect the steam source and open the drain valve.
10. When the water level in the washing machine is close to emptying, turn on the dehydration operation switch of the washing equipment, check the change in the drum speed of the washing machine, and stop the machine when the drum reaches the high-speed dehydration speed.
To utilize the water and gas resources during the idle debugging of industrial washing machines, an appropriate amount of detergent can be added to the drum to clean any oil stains that may exist inside the drum.
